This place is the absolute BEST in Dunedin. Hands down. The smashed avocado was off the charts, perfect. They make incredibly tasty and fresh cabinet food, if you don’t want a full meal, and even the drinks and smoothies were spot on!! It’s all topped off by great atmosphere and fabulous service by their friendly and helpful staff. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Amazing breakfast, coffee, and customer service. The depth of flavour in the coffee beans was incredible—one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. The big breakfast was beautifully cooked, with good-quality ingredients and a generous portion. My partner’s dish was delicious too. Cannot recommend highly enough—thank you!

What a great little gem to find! A lovely bright space to while away some time, with a menu that kept wowing us with each dish. Loved the green smash, ricotta fritters and fried chicken benedict! The ginger crunch slice was an unexpectedly delicious bite, especially paired with an iced chai. Great to finish off with a biscoff scroll for the sweet tooths too!

Honestly, I’m really impressed that this café has managed to hold its ground against inflation while still serving great coffee and food. I first came here in early September 2023, when the Barista Breakfast was $10.50 — and today it’s only $11. Just a 50-cent increase! With café prices across Melbourne going up so much over the past couple of years, it really means a lot to see a place that still cares about quality and fair pricing. Huge thanks to the team for continuing to look after both locals and visitors like me from Victoria. Highly appreciated and highly recommended

Since first entering, the staff were welcoming, helpful, and just downright lovely :) Had a great time ordering the filter coffee flight while people watching at the window. The flight was two well selected choices, both with accurate and insightful tasting notes. The food looked great too - will need to come back sometime~

Great selection of breakfast meals and good coffees. Bread is from nearby bakery, freshly made. Worth a visit! Bit of warning - they add pickles to almost everything.

The coffee was outstanding! I stopped by just for a quick coffee and ended up realizing we have to come back for brunch. It was a real hit, so good!
